“know your rights”

on saturday there was an Exploited concert in Istanbul and all the punk population in Turkey supposingly gathered at this concert. so the whole center (Taksim area) was conquerred by young Punks. anyways, I was out too and went to a relatively alternative bar (or club-whatever) and of course there were some Exploited spectators there too. so the DJ who was relatively elder, put some ‘punkish’ music (like Latino-disco version of Sex Pistols!!!) at which people went crazy, and of course played few Clash songs as well. my dear friends, it is utterly sad but those so-called punks had no clue about Clash! now what the f.ck is that?

PS: Joe Strummer was born in the same city as me, which is Ankara! not many people know that!!!
