Remember when Nine Inch Nails were all you had? Brimming with rage, adrift and unloved, and so hopelessly teenage, Trent Reznor called out to you. He felt how you felt, and then screamed and cursed about it, punctuating his diatribes with fierce guitars and that sick beat from “Closer”.
