I’ve now seen them twice and after 20-some years, these guys kill. It seemed like a lot of people hadn’t seen or even heard them here, but almost all of them were converts after it was over. The guitarist plays with his hand, which is invariably bloody at the end of a show. Katrin the drummer also did a low-key set with Jon Langford of the Mekons and it was great. Taken at the Touch and Go 25th anniversary block party in Chicago.
